Take action by November 18 if you want to make changes to your 2027 benefits, or if you want to contribute to an HSA or FSA, avoid the spousal surcharge, update your tobacco status or add dependents.
Benefits Made Easier
UNFI has moved to a new benefits management platform: UNFIBenefits.com (BenefitsGO by Empyrean). Starting November 4, register on UNFIBenefits.com using Employer Code: 964262.
What’s Changing for 2027
There are several changes to your benefits this year, helping UNFI provide a better experience for all associates and their families while protecting the long-term strength of our benefits.
Submit a Qualifying Life Event
If you experience a qualifying life event, you have 30 days to notify UNFI and provide required documentation so you can make changes to your benefits.
To initiate a qualifying life event online, go to the HR Self-Service Portal.
